Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 59- Aug. 26- FIERY CHINESE POPPERS WITH CASHEW NUTS.
Ingredients:
12 pcs. prawns, peeled but leave tail and head
½ cup cashew nuts, roasted
1 cup. catsup
¼ cup hot chili sauce
1 pc. chopped onion
¼ cup chopped garlic
¼ cup cooking oil
2 pcs. green chili, chopped
1 tbsp. salt
10 g. spring onion
Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic, onion and green chili. Add prawns, catsup, hot chili sauce and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place on plate and sprinkle on top with cashew nuts and garnish with spring onion.
