Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 65 / Oct. 14- MAGIC CHILI CHICKEN PASTA.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp annatto oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
¼ kg chicken breast fillet, shredded
¼cup Chilli Sauce
1 85-gram can liver spread
1 8-gram sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup water
1 pack All Purpose Cream
pepper to taste
250 grams penne, cooked al dente
PROCEDURE
1. Heat butter in a large saucepan. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes until limp. Add chicken, Chilli Sauce, liver spread and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Lower heat then pour in all purpose cream. Season with pepper to taste. Toss in cooked penne until fully coated in sauce.
