Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 63 / Sept.30-Sago't Gulaman.
2-4 tbsp simple syrup
1/2 cup boiled sago
1/2 cup cooked gulaman, cubed
1 cup crushed ice
1 1/2cups water
Simple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1/8 tsp banana flavoring
PROCEDURE:
1. Caramelize sugar in a saucepan. 2. When melted, pour in the water and banana flavoring.
3. Continue cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool completely.
4. In a glass, put some sago and gulaman. Add syrup and add crushed ice and water.
