Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Salted Fish and Pineapple Curry.
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry ginger, shallouts, curry leaves and halba campur until shallots are brown.
2. Add curry paste and continue to fry until oil separates to form a layer on top, then mix in salted fish and add coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add pineapple and dried sour fruit. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then add salt to taste.
4. Serve hot with plain steamed rice.
