Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 68 / Nov. 4- MAGIC ARROZ ALA CUBANA.

Ingredients:

¼ cup oil

½ cup chopped onions

¼ cup chopped garlic

½ kg ground beef

½ cup diced potatoes

½ cup diced carrots

1 tbsp tomato paste

½ cup tomato sauce

¼ cup raisins

¼ cup green peas, thawed and rinsed

2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

½ tsp pepper

Procedure:

1. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic in hot oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).

2. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, raisins and green peas. Simmer for about 5 minutes then season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Serve with fried rice, fried saba bananas and fried egg.
