Idol sa Kusina Recipe- MAGIC SPAGHETTI SARDINA

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 71 / November 25- MAGIC SPAGHETTI SARDINA.

Ingredients:

¼ cup minced garlic
½ cup butter
½ cup Spanish sardines in olive oil, drained
2 8-gram sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1½ cups evaporated milk
1 pack all-purpose cream
pepper to taste
250 g spaghetti, cooked al dente

Procedure:

1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Saute garlic until soft. Add sardines and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
2. Pour in evaporated milk and All Purpose Cream. Season with pepper and let simmer until thickened. Toss in spaghetti until fully coated. Serve warm.
