Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe on Episode 68 / Nov. 4-PENNE BOSCAIOLA.
Ingredients:
375 g penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large white onion, chopped finely
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 bacon rashers, chopped finely
150 g mushrooms, chopped
300 ml cream
½ cup coarsely grated parmesan cheese
Procedure:
1. Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan; cook onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms, stirring, until onion is soft and browned lightly. Add cream to pan; stir until combined. Gently toss pasta and cheese in pan with mushroom cream sauce until heated through.
