Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 77- Jan. 20,  TUYO RICE TOPPING WITH CUCUMBER ENSALADA.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. oil
 - 2 tbsp. onion
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 400g tuyo (200g flaked and 200g whole)
 - 1 tbsp. soy sauce
 - 1-2 pcs. finger chili
 - 1 pc. egg
 - 2 cups cooked rice
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 pc. cucumber, julienned
 - ½ red onion, diced
 - 2 pcs. tomato, diced
 - ½ green mango, julliened
 - ¼ cup spring onion, chopped
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - bunch of cilantro
 
Procedure:
1. Saute onion, garlic and finger chili. Add tuyo flakes and cook for a bit.
2. Add rice and the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Cook until mixed well, set aside.
3. For the salsa, chop all and combine everything in a bowl and serve with tuyo rice and whole fried tuyo.
