Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit Recipe of the Day: Pininyahang Isda with Chef Ric Loterio
Ingredients:
- Alumahan
- Mantika
- Bawang
- Sibuyas
- Patis
- Pineapple juice
- Pineapple chunks/tidbits
- Evaporated milk
- Carrots
- Bell pepper
- Ginger
- Tanglad
- Spring onions
- Onion leaks
Procedure:
1. Linisin ang alumahan. I-marinate ito sa pineapple juice sa loob ng 15 minuto.
2. I-prito ang isda at itabi.
3. Magpainit ng mantika at igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, luya, at tanglad
4. Lagyan ng patis, evaporated milk at pineapple juice.
5. Ilagay ang pineapple chunks at hayaang kumulo ng limang minuto. Ilagay ang isda.
6. Ilagay ang bell pepper at carrots.
