Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 114/Oct. 27, 2013- GHOST PIZZA.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. For the dough, combine yeast with ½ cup of water and leave for 15 minutes.
2. Combine all dry ingredients then the wet ingredients and mix. Knead until dough is smooth.
3. Let it rest for 45minutes.
4. While waiting, make the tomato sauce by sautéing onion, garlic, oregano in oil and butter. Then add tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
5. Assemble the pizza, pour the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough and form the cheese into ghost figures and add small olives for the eyes and mouth. Add spider olives, bell peppers, mushrooms and ground beef then bake until cheese melts and dough is browned.

- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 white Onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp Oregano
- 1 /2 tbsp Sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 pcs Black olives, halved
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary (spider legs)
- 200g Cooked ground beef
- 1 cup button mushrooms
- 1 pc Bell pepper
