Idol sa Kusina Recipe- SCARY GHOST STRAWBERRIES

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 114/Oct. 27, 2013- SCARY GHOST STRAWBERRIES.

Ingredients:
  • 8pcs large strawberries
  • 400g white chocolate
  • 300g bittersweet chocolate

Procedure:
1. Wash and pat dry strawberries.
2. Melt bittersweet and white chocolates in 2 seperate double boilers.
3. Dip strawberries in white chocolate and set aside until it sets.
4. Using a parchment cone, use the bittersweet chocolate to pipe the eyes and mouth of the scary strawberries. Chill to set before serving.
