Unang Hirit Recipe- Asadong Bagnet

Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit Recipe of the Day: Asadong Bagnet with Chef Chef Lyn Carlos.

Ingredients:

Bagnet
Tomato paste
Pineapple juice
5 spice powder
Star anise
Sesame oil
Brown sugar
Asin
Sesame seed
Toyo
Spring onion

Procedure:

1. I-marinate ang bagnet sa 5 spice powder, pineapple juice at star anise ng 1 oras. Huwag itapon ang pinangmarinate.

2. After i-marinate, igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at bagnet.

3. Ilagay ang tomato paste at yung pinangmarinate, toyo, brown sugar at konting tubig.

4. Pakuluin lang at medyo palaputin at saka lagyan ng sesame oil.

5. Matapos itong maluto, ilagay sa plato.
