Unang Hirit Recipe- Tinolang Halaan na may Sotanghon

Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit Recipe of the Day- October-18, 2013 : Tinolang Halaan na may Sotanghon with Chef Christopher Carangian.

Ingredients:
  • halaan
  • sotanghon
  • malunggay
  • dahon ng sibuyas
  • siling panigang
  • luya
  • bawang
  • sibuyas
  • patis
  • asin
  • mantika

Procedure:
1. Sa isang kawali, igisa ang luya, bawa at sibuyas.
2. Idagdag ang siling pansigang at ang mga halaan. Hayaan itong kumulo hanggang sa bumukas ang shell ng halaan.
3. Dagdagan ito ng 3-4 na tasang tubig at muling pakuluin.
4. Isama ang sotanghon at hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 3-5 minuto.
5. Timplahan muli ayon sa panlasa.
6. Ihulog ang dahon ng sibuyas at malunggay at saka hanguin.
