Idol sa Kusina Recipe- CARAMEL POPCORN

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe fore Episode 123/Jan. 5, 2014- CARAMEL POPCORN.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pack pop corn,cooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

1. In a saucepan, cook the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Allow to come to a boil. Add sweetened condensed milk and season with salt.

2. Allow to softly boil and be careful not to burn.
Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn. Mix with a wooden spoon and coat evenly.
