Idol sa Kusina Recipe- Corned Beef Sotanghon

Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- January 6, 2013: Corned Beef Sotanghon with Chef Jobert Yao.

Ingredients:

• olive oil/mantika
• puting sibuyas
• bawang
• onion leeks
• mais
• corned beef (chunky type, unsalted)
• beef stock
• dahon ng laurel
• pamintang durog
• cabbage
• sotanghon

Procedure:

1. Igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, onion leeks at mais.

2. Idagdag ang corned beef.

3. Ilagay ang beef stock, dahon ng laurel at paminta.

4. Pakuluan at ilagay ang sotanghon.
