Idol sa Kusina Recipe- La Paz Batchoy

Ang super sabaw, ginamit ni Chef Boy sa famous Iloilo City soup na La Paz Batchoy. Narito ang ingredient para magawa niyo ito sa bahay:
  • 400g miki noodles, boiled for 1 minute and drained
  • 300 beef strips
  • 300g pig’s intestines, cleaned, boiled and sliced
  • 100g pig liver, sliced into strips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup pork crackling, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons spring onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup toasted garlic
  • 4 cups beef stock
