Unang Hirit Recipe- Banana Heart Steak

Here's Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day- February 10, 2014: Banana Heart Steak with Chef Echo Pascual.

Ingredients:
  • puso ng saging
  • harina
  • itlog
  • bawang
  • sibuyas
  • asin
  • paminta
  • mantika
  • gravy/ steak sauce

Procedure:
1. Balatan ang puso ng saging hanggang ang matira na lang ang pinakamaputing bahagi.
2. Tadtarin sa maliliit na piraso at pakuluan nang ilang minuto para matanggal ang dagta nito. Palamigin.
3. Sa isang mixing bowl, paghaluin ang harina, itlog, bawang, sibuyas, asin, paminta at iba pang pampalasa.
4. Gumawa ng mga patty gamit ang pinakuluang puso ng saging at ang flour mixture.
5. Prituhin ang banana heart patties hanggang sa maging golden brown.
6. Gumawa ng steak sauce o gravy na maaaring isama sa burger patties.
