Idol sa Kusina Recipe- Pork Isaw

Ang paborito ng marami na pork isaw, ginawang mas espesyal ni Chef Boy Logro sa dinemonstrate niya na recipe last Sunday. Want to try this out at home? Narito ang ingredients:
  • 300g pork intestines
  • 1/2 liter water
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 pcs laurel
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1/2 head garlic
  • spring onion for garnish

For basting:

1/3 cup adobo broth
1 tbsp butter
