Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day: Chicken Adobo Lumpia in Spicy Vinegar Ice

Ingredients:
  • pakpak ng manok
  • adobo mix
  • chicken stock
  • sibuyas
  • bawang
  • dahon ng laurel
  • tanglad
  • wansoy
  • lemon zest
  • asin
  • paminta
  • lumpia wrapper
  • mantika

Para sa sawsawan:
  • suka
  • patis
  • asukal
  • siling labuyo
  • chili flakes
  • paminta

Procedure:
1. Timplahan ang manok ng asin at paminta; iprito hanggang maging golden brown.
2. Idagdag ang sibuyas. Lutuin ito hanggang sa maging translucent.
4. Ihulog ang bawang at tanglad.
5. Isama ang adobo mix, chicken stock at dahon ng laurel.
6. Pakuluin ang adobo mixture sa loob ng 30 minuto. 
7. Kapag luto na ang adobong manok, himayin ito at itabi.
8. Sa isang puswelo, pagsama-samahin ang lemon zest, wansoy leaves, hinimay na manok, asin at paminta.
9. Ibalot ang adobo mixture sa lumpia wrapper at iprito hanggang sa maging golden brown. 

Paraan ng paggawa ng sawsawan:
1. Hiwain ng maliliit ang sili.
2. Haluin ang lahat ng mga sahog hanggang matunaw ang mga ito.
3. Ilagay sa freeze ang vinegar mixture hanggang sa mag-yelo ito.
4. Ilagay ito sa shot glass at lagyan ng chili flakes bago i-serve.
