Ingredients:
  • buong manok
  • asin
  • tanglad
  • luya
  • sibuyas na puti
  • bawang
  • dahon ng saging
  • kalamansi
  • honey
  • toyo
  • carrot
  • labanos
  • onion leeks

Procedure:
1. Pahiran ng asin at paminta ang buong manok sa loob at labas.
2. Ilagay ang tanglad, bawang, luya at sibuyas sa loob ng manok.
3. Maglagay ng lata na kasya sa loob ng manok upang maitulak ang mga pampalasa at para ito ay "mapaupo".
4. Ilapat ang dahon ng saging sa ilalim ng palayok at lagyan ito ng asin.
5. Ilagay ang manok sa loob ng nakaupo at takpan. Lutuin sa loob ng dalawang oras sa mahinang apoy.

Paghaluin ang toyo, honey at kalamansi.
