Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit Recipe: Pusit Inasal with Sinangag Surprise with Chef Dino Ferrari.

Ingredients
  • Para sa pusit inasal:
  • pusit
  • luya
  • bawang
  • calamansi
  • asukal na pula
  • suka
  • atsuete oil
  • margarine
  • asin
  • paminta
  • tanglad
  • lemonade
  • soda

Para sa sinangag:
  • kanin
  • bawang
  • sibuyas 
  • mantika
  • chicken broth
  • toyo
  • hipon
  • tinapa flake
  • itlog
  • spring onions 
  • pusit
  • luya
  • bawang
  • calamansi
  • asukal na pula
  • suka
  • atsuete oil
  • margarine
  • asin
  • paminta
Procedure

Pusit inasal:
1. Paghaluin ang calamansi, luya, asukal na pula, suka, asin at paminta.
2. Ibabad ang pusit sa mixture ng 1-3 oras.
3. Sa hiwalay na lalagyan, paghaluin ang atsuete, asin, lemon juice, at margarine.
4. Ihawin ang pusit habang pinapahiran ng margarine mixture.

Sinangag
1. Maggisa ng bawang at sibuyas.
2. Lagyan ang tinadtad na hipon.
3. Ihalo ang lutong kanin.
4. Idagdag ang chicken broth at toyo.
5. Samahan ng tinapa flakes, scrambled egg at spring onions.
