Unang Hirit KitchenHirit Recipe: Pinais na Bangus with Chef Xander Christopher

Ingredients:
  • bangus
  • tubig
  • sibuyas
  • kamatis
  • luya
  • kamias
  • mustasa
  • asin
  • paminta
  • dahon ng saging
  • dahon ng pandan

Procedure:
1. Kaliskisan at linisan ang mga bangus. Asinan at itabi.
2. Pagsama-samahin ang kamatis, sibuyas, luya, asin at paminta sa isang lalagyan. 
3. Ipalaman ang mga sahog sa bangus at ibalot sa dahon ng pandan at saging.
4. Ilagay ang bangus pati ang natirang kamatis at sibuyas sa isang kawali.
5. Idagdag ang kamias at mustasa. Timplahan ng asin.
6. Lagyan ng tubig upang hindi manikip ang isda.
7. Takpan at pakuluin sa loob ng 40 minutes o hanggang sa maging kaunti ang sabaw.
8. Tanggalin ang mga dahon at ilipat sa serving plate.
