Franchise Application

1.APPLICATION
First step is to submit the following to EPC through EC Gas e-mail (franchise@ecgas.org) or printed copies may be sent to EPC’s head office.
  • Letter of Intent addressed to Eastern Petroleum Corporation
  • Copy of two government issued ID
  • Fill-up Application Form
  • Curriculum Vitae2. ATTEND FRANCHISE SEMINAR

Process  

4. APPLICATION PRE-APPROVAL
5. INTERVIEW & MEETING – FINAL APPROVAL
6. SITE VALIDATION
7.  CONTRACT SIGNING & PAYMENT
8. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

3.COMPLETION OF REQUIREMENTS
Next step after the seminar is the completion of requirements. Below is the list of documents that the applicant should submit:
  • Site Map and Address
  • Bank Certificates
  • Income Tax Return
  • Business Plan
