How to make Adobo Flakes Wrap with Pipino Salad?
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef tenderloin, sukiyaki cut
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsps cooking oil
- 2 pcs onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pc cucumber peeled and diced
- 3 pcs tomatoes, diced
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tortilla wrappers
Ingredients for the Garlic Sauce:
- 250 ml plain yogurt
- 60 ml mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
