MGA SANGKAP:
  • hito
  • manggang hilaw
  • sitaw
  • labanos
  • okra
  • kangkong
  • sibuyas
  • kamatis
  • luya
  • tanglad
  • tubig
  • asin 
  • patis

PARAAN NG PAGLULUTO:
1. Magpakulo ng tubig na may tanglad.
2. Kapag kumukulo na ang tubig, Ilagay ang hiniwang mangga.
3. Sunod na idagdag ang sibuyas, kamatis at kuya. Isama na rin ang sitaw at labanos. Muling pakuluin.
4. Dagdagan ng okra at ang hito. Pakuluin.
5. Kapag luto na ang isda, ilagay ang kangkong at timplahan ayon sa panlasa.
