Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe- Veggie Tempura with Sesame Mayo Dip.
Ingredients for Sesame-Mayo Dip:
5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil

100g cauliflower cut into bite-size pieces
100g carrots cut into bite-size pieces
Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Tempura Batter:
85g all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
200 ml ice-cold water
100g eggplant cut into bite-size pieces
