How to Make Kalderetang Kambing

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- Kalderetang Kambing.

Ingredients:

• 1 kilo goat meat, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 head garlic, minced
• 2 pcs white onion, finely chopped
• 1 pc red bellpepper, cut into bias cut
• 1 pc green bellpepper, cut into bias cut
• 150 g liver spread
• ½ tbsp. cayenne pepper
• ½ tbsp. paprika
• 60 g tomato paste
• 250 ml tomato sauce
• 500 ml beef stock
• ¼ cup red wine
• 1 pc bay leaf
• 1 tsp thyme, dried
• ¼ cup green olives
• 2 pcs potatoes, quartered and halved
• 1 pc carrot, cut into bias cut
• Oil for sautéing
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil to drizzle
