Adobong Baby Squid sa Gata
Ingredients:
1 kilo baby squid, cleaned and ink reserved
4 eads garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
400 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp sprig onion, chopped
2 pcs chili finers, seeded and chopped
½ tbsp. white sugar
Cooking oil for sautéing
Flour for dreding the squid
Cilantro leaves for garnish
1 tbsp garlic, minced and toasted
