Floretina’s Ginataang Boneless Bangus
Ingredients for the Bangus:
1 whole large bangus, scaled, deboned, butterflied
1 pc large red onion, chopped
2 pcs tomato, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste.
Banana leaf for wrapping
Ingredients for the sauce:
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 thumb size ginger, finely chopped
2 pcs red chilli, minced
Fish sauce to taste
Salt to pepper to taste
400 ml coconut cream
1 stalk leeks, for garnish
Oil for sautéing
