How to make Katsudon
Ingredients:
500 g Pork loin, steak cut, 4 pcs of 100g each
Sat to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 cups rice, cooked
5 pcs eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs
Cooking oil, for deep-frying
1 cup chicken stock
¼ cup mirin
2 tbsp dashi
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tsps white sugar
1 pc white onion, sliced
1 stalk leeks, green part, thinly sliced
1 stalk leeks white part, thinly sliced, for garnish
