Roasted Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Bacon with Caramelized Onion
Ingredients:
1/2 (5 pound) pork loin roast
2 pcs dried bay leaves
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 pound sliced bacon
1-1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
3 fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, chopped
