Ingredients for Cookies and cream Truffles:
250 g chocolate and cream cookie, crushed
125 g cream cheese
250 g white chocolate
250 g chocolate

Procedure: 



Ingredients for Graham Truffles:
1 cup white sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
10 large marshmallows, chopped
16 pcs graham crackers, crushed
1 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
Powdered sugar as needed
2 cups chocolate, melted

Ingredients for Mocha Truffles:
250 g chocolate wafers, crushed
125 g almonds, chopped
1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
¼ cup white sugar
2 tbsps coffee powder
½ cup light corn syrup
1 tsp cinnamon powder
½ cup white sugar
