Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Ox tongue
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1 pc red onion, quartered

- 2 tbsps black pepper
- Water
- Cooking oil, for sautéing

- 2 pcs potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 pc carrots, peeled and quartered
- Olive oil, for drizzling
