Misua Patola with Hibi and Crispy Tawilis
Ingredients:
1 pc medium patola, peeled and sliced into circles
1 pc red onion, thinly sliced
1 head garlic, minced
Cooking oil for sautéing
120 g hibi, washed and drained
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
2 tbsps fish sauce
1 L chicken stock
1 roll misua noodles
Ingredients for the crispy tawilis:
300 g tawilis, washed and cleaned
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup water
Salt as neded
Black pepper as needed
Cooking oil for deep-frying
