1 kg beef flank steak, slice to ¾ inch thick in two flat pieces
1 liter beef stock
½ tsp salt

2/3 cup soy sauce
2 pcs medium-sized carrot, cut into long strips
2/3 cup flour
1 cup cooking oil
8 pcs hotdogs, cut into lengthwise
4 pcs pickled cucumber, cut into 4 lengthwise each
6 pcs hardboiled eggs
120 g cheese, cut into strips
