Pancake Burger with Bacon Ingredients and Procedure.

Ingredients for the Pancakes:
500 g all-purpose flour, sifted
½ tsp salt
½ tsp caster sugar
4 pcs eggs
1 tbsp butter
500 ml fresh milk
Sesame seeds
Butter, as needed



Ingredients for the burger patty:
750 g ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Cooking oil as needed
8 pcs bacon
4 pcs cheese slices
Catsup
Mayonnaise

Ingredients for the Potato Wedges:
3 pcs large potatoes, washed and slice into wedges
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
Cooking oil for deep-frying
