- 1 kilo pork pata, sliced into ¾ inch thick
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 1 pc white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can whole kernel corn, reserve liquid
- Cooking oil for sautéing
- 1 can all-purpose cream
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup reserve liquid of pork pata
- Salt as needed
- Black pepper as needed
- White pepper as needed
