Beef Rendang Ingredients and Procedure.
Ingredients:
500 g beef chucks, cut into 2-inch cubes
½ tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 white onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1 small thumb ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 pc red chili, coarsely chopped
1 can 400 ml coconut milk
¼ cup desiccated coconut
½ stem lemongrass, trimmed and bruised
1 pc cinnamon stick
2 tbsps coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
