Everyone's favorite classic sandwich recipe made better with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.

Ingredients

6 hardboiled eggs, cut into small cubes

1/2 cup Lady's Choice Real mayonnaise

salt and pepper, to taste

6-8 slices white bread, toasted

Procedure

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Adjust seasonings according to taste.

Spread mixture on bread evenly then cover with another slice.
