Bacon, KesongPuti, and Mozzarella Croquettes with Cream Cheese Dip Ingredients and Procedure.
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs bacon, finely chopped cooked to crisp
 - 40 g kesongputi, cubed
 - 40 g mozzarella cheese, cut into ½ cm cubes
 - 2 cups mashed potato, cooled
 - 1 egg yolk
 - 1 tsp spring onions, finely chopped
 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 cups breadcrumbs
 - 1 oc egg
 - ¼ cup fresh milk
 - Cooking oil for deep-frying
 
Ingredients for the Cream cheese dip:
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
 - ¼ cup water
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - Pinch of cayenne pepper
 - Squeeze of half lemon
