- 1 Kg Boneless Pork Shoulder (Thinly Sliced)
 - 1 Cup Pineapple Juice
 - ¼ Cup Lime Soda
 - 1 Tbsp Salt
 - 1 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)
 - 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
 - ¼ Cup Water
 - 1 Tbsp Atsuete Powder

Ingredients for Daing Na Bangus:

 - ½ Cup Vinegar
 - 4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)

 - ¼ Tsp Salt
