Roasted chicken with Veggie Pasta and Balsamic Vinegar Ingredients and Procedures.
Ingredients:
- 500 Grams Chicken thigh fillet (Slice into chunks)
- 4 Sprigs Rosemary
- 2 Sprigs Thyme
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Pc Carrots (Diced)
- 1 Pc Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
- 1 Pc Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
- 1 Pc Zucchini (Diced)
- 1 Pc Eggplant (Diced)
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 5 Pcs Tomato (Quartered)
- 1 Bunch Basil (Chopped)
- 3 Sprigs Oregano (removed from stalks)
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- ½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar (Reduction)
- ½ Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Head Garlic Confit
- 500 Grams Cooked Spinach Spaghetti
