Why are All OWWA Hotline Numbers incorrect?

How can I contact OWWA Region 3 and OWWA NCR in Pasay City. I tried to dial all numbers provided on their flyers but with no success. It keeps on telling me that the number I have dialed is incorrect. I have been trying to call them since I want not able to register with Humanitarian Assistance for Saudi Claims Program. 

Some of my colleagues who are based in the National Capital Region were able to register successfully but we, who are in OWWA Regional are having some trouble registering with the system. We are a group of ex-OFWs who were repatriated from Saudi Arabia in 2019 since our company went under liquidation. We are happy that the Department of Migrant Workers and DSWD works hand in hand to give the Saudi Claimants a Php 10,000 cash aid.

However, the OWWA record on the system, hasc.owwa.gov.ph is not accurate as our names cannot be found by the system.
Why are All OWWA Hotline Numbers incorrect?


Hopefully, OWWA and DMW would provide a valid contact number and a reliable contact person who will attend to our inquiries to make the processing easier as we have already waited for years to get our Claims from Saudi Construction Companies with regards to our unpaid salaries.
