Does Rosemary help Hair Regrow? I have tried a lot of hair growing shampoo like Novuhair, aloe vera shampoo and it seems fine in preventing hair fall but I'm not sure if it promotes hair regrow. My thinning hairline started when I went to work in GCC Countries. They said it was due to stress and the high chlorine content in water in the middle east. I have a colleague who used mineral water just to prevent hair loss.

Hair loss or hair fall can cause tremendous emotional stress. This is no joke since it affects the quality of life.

How to use;
1)Just mist your head until it reaches your scalp after taking a shower. If you have long hair and you want it to be softer and smoother just mist all your hair and the effect is almost instant.

2) Mix 5ml rosemary pure essential oil to your 500 ml shampoo. Instant hair grower na ang shampoo nyo.

3) For hair serum DIY. Mix 1 to 2 ml to your carrier oil such as coconut oil and olive oil. Apply to your scalp at least twice a week.
