What is Balesin's Yaya Meal? Balesin’s ‘yaya meal’ plain discrimination, congressman commented. Balesin CEO: Calling 'Yaya meal' discrimination is inappropriate. Chef Jessie Sincioco has made the past three days as she was given the enviable task of preparing the meals of the visiting Pontiff, with the help of the Apostolic Nunciature staff. According to Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, Pope Francis already had an idea of common Pinoy dishes because he has a lot of Filipino servants in the Vatican. The pontiff was given a list of menu and names of famous cooks in the Philippines including “Kusina Master’ Chef Boy Logro. Some of the nation’s top chefs and caterers have been asked to prepare food for Pope Francis’ five-day visit. According to the report from Philstar.com, Pope managed to have a quick lunch with several survivors of Super Typhoon Yolanda, tasting distinctively Filipino dishes of malunggayor moringa soup and adoboalong with the Visayan preparation of chicken called inasal – which the meat is marinated in turmeric, lemon grass and other flavorings before being grilled.

Ingredients: 3pcs taco shells 3pcs soft shell taco 2 tbsp Oil 300g Ground beef 1 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder 1 pc Onion 3 cloves Garlic 3pcs Tomatoes 2 pcs Bell pepper (red and green) 1 cup Cheese slices  1/2 head Iceberg lettuce 1 cup Sour cream, serve on the side Photo and recipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: Heat the beef until it starts steaming and place one to two tablespoons of it as the filling inside a taco shell. McDonalds Happy Meal book promotion

McDonalds will distribute Happy Meal books starting November. The promotion will run for two weeks starting November 1st and ending on the 14th. Twenty millon books will be provided to Happy Meal customers across the United States. “In time for National Family Literacy Day on Nov. 1, McDonald’s USA is inviting families to celebrate the joy of reading with the launch of a new Happy Meal Books promotion,” McDonalds said in a statement. In a pot, brown the rice without any oil on medium high heat. 2. Once browned, place rice in a cheese cloth and tightly secure to make a teabag. Ingredients: 500g potatoes, peeled and boiled  440g dory fillet  1 small onion, peeled, grated  2 celery sticks, finely chopped  1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill  1 tsp. grated lemon rind  1 tbsp. lemon juice  2 eggs, lightly beaten  2 tbsp. milk  ½ cup plain flour  2 cups breadcrumbs  canola oil, for frying spring onion for garnish Photo andr ecipe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: 1.
