Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 48- MAGIC CRISPY BEEF RIBS WITH CREAMY GRAVY. INGREDIENTS 1 kilo beef ribs 2 liters water 2 medium onions, sliced One half cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce Oil for frying 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour One fourth cup beef stock (from boiled ribs) 1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 1 pack LITE CREAM PROCEDURE 1. Combine beef with water, onion and MAGGI OYSTER Sauce in a pressure cooker. Cook 45 minutes after the whistle blows. 2. Drain liquid from meat, reserving one fourth cup of the stock. Drain beef ribs thoroughly and let cool. 3. Fry tenderized ribs in hot oil until brown on all sides. Drain using paper towels to remove excess oil. 4. To prepare gravy, heat butter in a pan. Add flour and stir to make a roux. Thin out with reserved beef stock and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. Lower heat and pour in the 'LITE CREAM. Simmer for another 2 minutes. Idol sa Kusina Recipe- BONELESS CRISPY PATA

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 48- BONELESS CRISPY PATA. Ingredients: 1 kl pork front leg (pata) 2 tbsp whole black peppercorns 2 tbsp rock salt 3 pcs laurel leaves 4 cups vegetable oil for deep-frying Procedure: 1 Debone and remove the meat inside then season with salt and chopped garlic, black pepper and a little bit of paprika. Wrapped in cheese cloth and tightened with butcher's string. And cook the pork leg or pata in boiling water with salt and whole black peppercorn for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. 2 Then remove the cheese cloth and use the two fork to skewer all over the skin 3 Place pata in a deep pan filled with cooking oil; simmer for 20 minutes on very low heat. Set aside to cool. 4 Place again in cooking oil and simmer for another 10 minutes on very low heat. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 47- CRAB CAKES. Ingredients: 500 g. crabmeat, picked free of shells 1/3 cup crushed crackers 3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped ½ cup finely chopped bell pepper ¼ cup mayonnaise 1 egg 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard ½ lemon, juiced ¼ tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt Dash of cayenne pepper Flour, for dusting ½ cup peanut oil Favorite dipping sauce, for serving Procedure: 1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except for the flour and peanut oil. Shape into patties and dust with flour. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in pan and fry until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Carefully flip crab cakes and fry on other side until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 47-  5-MEAT GIANT PIZZA. Ingredients: For the Sauce: 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 pc. onion, finely chopped 1 pc. garlic clove, crushed 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes with herbs For pizza base: 2½ cups flour ½ tsp salt 1 tsp. fast-rising yeast 2 tbsp. Olive oil For topping: ½ red bell pepper, sliced into rings ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced into rings ½ green bell pepper, sliced into rings 5 oz. Mozarella cheese, sliced ½ cup Pepperoni sausage, thinly sliced ½ cup ham ½ cup ground meat ½ cup bacon ½ cup sausage 8 black olives, pitted 3 pcs. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped ½ tsp. dried oregano Olive oil, for drizzling Procedure: 1. To make the sauce, heat the oil in a pan and then add the onion and garlic. Fry gently for about 6-7 minutes, until softened. Add the tomatoes and stir in the tomato paste. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly for 5 minutes, until reduced slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.

Ingredients: 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped onions 1 tbsp. minced garlic ¼ kilo ground beef ¼ kilo chicken liver, sliced 10 pcs. hotdogs, sliced 1 pack All-Purpose Cream 1 cup tomato sauce 1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP sugar and pepper to taste ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese 300 g spaghetti, cooked al dente Procedure: 1. Melt butter in a pot. Saute onions and garlic until limp. Add ground beef and liver and cook for 5 minutes 2. Add hotdogs and cook for another minute. Pour in All Purpose Cream and tomato sauce. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, sugar and pepper. Pepsi Cola Bottling Corporation is about to launch its latest exotic flavor "Salty Watermelon Pepsi", a translucent red drink packed with a round watermelon set before a beach and a blue sky label, in Japan to bring joy and excitement to their summer vacation this July. If you think this might taste weird, think again. Japanese are known to sprinkle salt on watermelon to bring out its taste. So why not transform it in soda? Likewise, Pepsi Japan is also known for their experimental creations in the past like their Pepsi White, which mixes in yogurt, Pepsi Pink with a strawberry milk flavor, and the self-explanatory “Ice Cucumber” Pepsi.
