Unang Hirit Recipe- KBL (Kadyos, Baboy at Langka)

Here's  Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day: KBL (Kadyos, Baboy at Langka) with Chef Chef Jude Trogani. Ingredients: karneng baboy langka kadyos kamote batuan puree tanglad pork cube tubig asin paminta sibuyas Procedure: 1. Ibuhos ang tubig sa kaserola. Lagyan ng kaunting asin. 2. Pakuluan ang baboy at hayaang kumulo ng limang minuto. 3. Ilagay ang tanglad, sibuyas and pork cube. Pakuluan sa loob ng 40 minuto. 4. Ilagay ang kadyos. Iluto sa loob ng 20 hanggang 25 minuto. 5. Ilagay ang batuan fruit/puree at isama ang asin, paminta and langka. Iluto sa loob ng 10 minuto. 6. Idagdag ang talbos. Takpan at patayin ang apoy. 7. Ihain.

Here's  Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit of the day: Binurong Kanin with with Ms. Virgie Pascual. Binurong Kanin 1. Hugasan at linisin ang mga isasahog na isda o hipon. 2. Asinan at itabi sa loob ng dalawang oras. 3. Pagsamahin ang kanin at ang napiling sangkap sa isang garapon. 4. Iimbak ito sa loob ng 7-10 araw.  5. Gumawa ng syrup gamit ang asukal at tubig. 4. Idagdag ang bigas at muling lutuin ito.

Idagdag ang bawang at dahon ng laurel. 2. Ilagay ang beef shank at iprito ng bahagya. 3. Pakuluan ang beef shank hanggang lumambot. 4. Itabi ang beef shank. 5. I-blanch ang pechay sa sabaw ng baka. Mushroom Gravy  Ingredients: butter/margarine harina cream style corn button mushroom toyo o liquid seasoning  Procedure: 1. Ilagay ang butter. 2. Dahan-dahang ilagay ang harina. 3. Ilagay ang cream style corn at haluin. 4. Ilagay ang sliced mushroom at isang tasang sabaw ng baka at haluin hanggang sa lumapot.

Ingredients: manok luya sibuyas bawang siling pangsigang siling labuyo talong papaya o sayote gata paminta bagoong alamang mantika dahon ng sili o kaya spinach Procedure: 1. Hiwain ang bawang, sibuyas, at luya. 2. Timplahan ang manok ng asin at paminta. 3. I-prito ng bahagya ang manok ng 5 hanggang 10 minuto. Itabi ang manok. 4. Igisa ang luya, bawang at sibuyas. 5. Ihalo ang bagoong at sili. ibuhos ang gata at tubig. 6. Ilagay ang manok at pakuluan ito sa mahinang apoy. 7. Timplahan ito ng paminta, patis, at asukal. 8. Kapag malapit ng maluto ang manok, ihalo na rin ang talong, sayote, at ang spinach. 9. Ihain ng mainit kasama ang kanin.

Iprito ang hiniwang patatas at bangus. 2. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. 3. Ilagay ang patis, tubig, dahon ng laurel at tomato sauce. 4. Hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 3-5 minuto. 5. Idagdag ang prinitong patatas at bangus. Pakuluan muli. 6. Idagdag ang bell pepper, asin at paminta.

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- PINATISANG PATA

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 125/Jan. 19, 2014- PINATISANG PATA. Ingredients: 1 pork leg, parboiled and cleaned well 1 head garlic, pounded and mashed 1/4 cup patis (fish sauce) 1 cup vinegar 1 cup water 2 pieces bay leaf 1 teaspoon black peppercorns Photo and reicpe credit: Idol sa Kusina Procedure: Combine pork leg, garlic, patis, vinegar, water, bay leaf, and black peppercorns in a pot. Boil then cover and simmer for 1 hour. Adjust seasoning then cover and simmer for another hour or until the meat is almost falling off the bones. Serve.
