Unang Hirit Kitchen Hirit Recipe: Pusit Inasal with Sinangag Surprise with Chef Dino Ferrari. Ingredients Para sa pusit inasal: pusit luya bawang calamansi asukal na pula suka atsuete oil margarine asin paminta tanglad lemonade soda Para sa sinangag: kanin bawang sibuyas  mantika chicken broth toyo hipon tinapa flake itlog spring onions  pusit luya bawang calamansi asukal na pula suka atsuete oil margarine asin paminta Procedure Pusit inasal: 1. Paghaluin ang calamansi, luya, asukal na pula, suka, asin at paminta. 2. Ibabad ang pusit sa mixture ng 1-3 oras. 3. Sa hiwalay na lalagyan, paghaluin ang atsuete, asin, lemon juice, at margarine. 4. Ihawin ang pusit habang pinapahiran ng margarine mixture. Sinangag 1. Maggisa ng bawang at sibuyas. 2. Lagyan ang tinadtad na hipon. 3. Ihalo ang lutong kanin. 4. Idagdag ang chicken broth at toyo. 5. Samahan ng tinapa flakes, scrambled egg at spring onions.

Timplahan ang manok gamit ng bawang, patis at luya. 2. Balutin ang manok sa dahon ng pandan at isara gamit ang toothpick. 3. Iprito ang manok.  4. Maggisa ng bawang, luya at siling panigang. Igisa ang bawang, sibyas at corned beef sa loob ng 3 minuto. 2. Ilagay ang tomato sauce, kalabasa at mais. Lagyan ng isang tasang tubig. 3. Lagyan ng asin at paminta para lumasa at hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 10 minuto. 4. Ilagay ang malunggay leaves at pakuluin ng 2 minuto. 4. Lagyan ng kaunting asukal.
