Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 71 / November 25- MAGIC SPAGHETTI SARDINA. Ingredients: ¼ cup minced garlic ½ cup butter ½ cup Spanish sardines in olive oil, drained 2 8-gram sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 1½ cups evaporated milk 1 pack all-purpose cream pepper to taste 250 g spaghetti, cooked al dente image and recipe credit: idolsakusina Procedure: 1. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Saute garlic until soft. Add sardines and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP. 2. Pour in evaporated milk and All Purpose Cream. Season with pepper and let simmer until thickened. Toss in spaghetti until fully coated. Serve warm.

Here's Idol sa Kusina Recipe for Episode 71 / Nov. 25- DARK CHOCOLATE CRINKLES. Ingredients: ¼ cup black cocoa powder plus ½ cup cocoa powder ¾ cups vegetable oil 2 cups sugar 4 large eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup confectioner's sugar image and recipe credit: idol sa kusina Procedure: 1 In the bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, combine cocoa, oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined. 2 In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the cocoa mixture and stir until just combined. 3 Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until the dough is firm before using. 4 Preheat oven to 350°F.  5 Shape the dough into ¾-inch balls and roll in the confectioner's sugar to coat completely. 6 Place the balls in a lightly greased cookie sheet or a cookie sheet line

Ingredients: 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 onion, chopped  2 medium carrots, chopped  600 g beef, minced  3 rashers short cut bacon, chopped 8 button mushrooms, wiped and halved 2 tbsp. tomato paste 400 g canned peeled tomatoes 1 cup beef stock 1 tsp. dried oregano or mixed herbs 1 cup frozen peas Potato mash 1 kg potato, peeled and chopped 50 g butter ¼ cup milk ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese image and recipe credit:idolsakusina Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook the onion and carrot for five minutes or until soft. Add the mince, bacon and mushrooms and cook for three minutes or until mince is browned. Stir though the tomato paste, tomatoes, stock and herbs. Episode 69 / Nov. 11 [ROASTED STUFFED TOMATOES AND BAGUETTE ; BAKED CAPRESE SQUARES] ROASTED STUFFED TOMATOES AND BAGUETTE INGREDIENTS: 12 pcs ripe red tomatoes 500 g minced chicken 300 g grated cheese quick melt or mozzarella cheese 1 pcs white chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chicken powder 12 slices baguette bread 3 tbsp olive oil for drizzle PROCEDURE 1. Cut the upper part of tomato, then remove inside of the tomato, then set aside. 2. Sauté onion, garlic, chicken, meat. Season with chicken powder, until done. 3.
