Hiwain ang petchay at ibabad sa tubig na may asin sa loob ng isang araw. 2. Banlawan ang petchay o petchay baguio sa malamig na tubig sa loob ng 2 minuto. 3. Paghaluin ang patis, red pepper powder, sibuyas, bawang, peras, asin, asukal at luya para sa sauce ng kimchi. 4. Sa isang malaking bowl, ihalo ang petchay, sauce ng kimchi at spring onions. 5. Ingredients: gabi bawang sibuyas kamatis karne ng baboy (ribs/belly) patis mustasa kangkong pineapple juice pineapple cubes sinigang mix Photo and recipe credit: Unang Hirit Procedure: 1. Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis. 2. Idagdag ang karneng baboy at isangkutsa sa loob ng 5 minuto. 3. Idagdag ang pineapple juice, tubig, gabi at paminta. 4. Pakuluin sa loob ng 20 mins o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne ng baboy. 5. Ilagay ang mustasa, kangkong, pineapple cubes at sinigang mix.

Timplahan ito ng toyo, paminta at oyster sauce. 5. Dagdagan ito ng tubig at broth cubes. Pakuluin. 6. Pansamantalang hanguin ang mga ginisang gulay at idagdag ang pansit bihon. 7. Haluin ito nang minsanan hanggang sa maluto ang pansit. 8. Lagyan ng dinurog na chicharon sa ibabaw bago i-serve.

In a pot, saute ginger, garlic and onion in hot oil. 2. Then add the tahong and salt. 3. Add water and cook until all the mussels open. 4. Serve hot with rice.
